COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

Our community

We are a community of practice that gathers diverse professional backgrounds. We include their participation in high-impact projects to bring diverse skills and perspectives, encouraging a holistic, inclusive, and transformative approach.

As a design community promoting pluriversality, regeneration, and postdevelopment, each project we embark on is framed by a unique group of social actors. At Pluriversa, we foster “a world in which many worlds can thrive”.

YOUR PATH IN PLURIVERSA

Trust that is built with presence

Pluriversa works through levels of trust and commitment. It is not about “levelling up”, but about getting more deeply involved in making things happen.

  1. 🌱

    Explorer

You are arriving and exploring. Introduce yourself, join the open conversations and share signals, methodologies and opportunities that can nourish the community.

  2. 🌳

    Activator

You have some track record: time to cooperate. Bring calls, proposals or projects in the making, and collaborate on concrete initiatives with others.

  3. 🛠️

    Projects

You join a project team — paid or voluntary. We execute, co-create and deliver value, with access to Pluriversa's templates and tools.

  4. Weaver

You are an active part of Pluriversa's fabric: you co-create its vision and structure and can take leadership in active projects.

  5. 🐚

    Custodies

You accompany Pluriversa's purpose and its deeper decisions, in circles that care for specific domains and decide by consent.

HOW WE ORGANISE

A living organism

We stopped designing the organisation as a machine and now cultivate it as a living system that senses and responds. Instead of managers giving orders, we are gardeners listening to where the ecosystem wants to grow.

Self-management · structure without bossesWholeness · bringing our full humanity to workEvolutionary purpose · listening to where the organisation wants to go

The custodies

Custodies are the teams that sustain Pluriversa day to day. Each one cares for a specific domain and makes decisions about it by consent of its members.

✳️

Evolutionary Core

Cares for Pluriversa's purpose and makes its strategic decisions.

🧩

Proposals & Leads

Cares for the opportunities, alliances and projects that arrive.

🌀

Community & Communication

Cares for people's path — from Explorer to Weaver — and makes Pluriversa's purpose and work visible to the world.

Joining takes three steps: an application, a purpose-driven conversation and the circle's consent. Membership means about 2 hours a month and requires the Weaver role. Applications happen inside our Discord.
